Service Fees
Shoreline Endocrinology is a direct specialty care practice, which means we do not accept or bill health insurance for any services rendered. If you have a health savings account, you may be able to use those funds to pay your fees. Please check with your tax professional. You may still use your health insurance to pay for services provided by outside vendors for labs, imaging, medications, and durable medical equipment.
We offer a membership that includes office visits, virtual visits, most office procedures, and routine labwork. The membership fees may be paid on an annual or monthly basis. Annual payers will receive a discounted rate. Membership can be cancelled at any time in writing. Call to inquire.
For special circumstances, we do offer a pay-per-service option. Please refer to the pricing chart below for service fees.
Thyroid health package includes a 60 minute consultation, complete thyroid function assessment, screen for thyroid autoantibodies, one diagnostic thyroid ultrasound, and a 15 minute virtual visit to discuss all test results. This is a $1095 value that we are offering for $799 flat fee. Please call our office if you interested in this package.
